Apologies, due to difficulties due to Brexit and prohibited items, all orders are ordered on a non-refundable basis. Please contact Customs for further details on what can and can not be sent. Unfortunately, if your items are returned to us, held/rejected by Customs or you refuse the parcel due to any extra charges we are unable to offer any refunds for contents or shipping.
Some items that may not be sent are Meat, Fish, Pharmaceutical Products, Milk and Dairy Products and Plants but all countries vary so please contact your local customs for more information.
Your order has been placed 'On Hold' and will not be processed until we have received an email confirmation from you.
We will then reply to your email, usually within 12hrs, to confirm that we will be dispatching your parcel.
Orders are placed 'On Hold' for 48hrs and if no email is received then your whole order will be refunded in full.
If you choose to accept terms and conditions we will then purchase your items and at this point the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
